Welcome to Activate My Vision, a subsidiary of Sunflower Connections. By using our website, booking services, or attending workshops, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Services Offered

Activate Your Vision offers creative workshops, group coaching programs, and 1:1 breakthrough sessions designed for emotional support and personal development. These services are not therapy or a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care.

Payment & Refund Policy

- All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

- Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by us.

- 1:1 sessions may be rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

If Activate My Vision cancels a service or event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future offering.

Client Responsibility

Our work supports emotional growth and self-awareness, but results are not guaranteed. You agree to take full responsibility for your personal development and well-being.

Confidentiality

We deeply respect your privacy. All session content and client information is kept confidential, unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content, including downloads, guides, workshop materials, and recorded content, is the property of Activate My Vision and Sunflower Connections and may not be shared or reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes will be handled within Texas jurisdiction.
